If you understand the theory it’s time to put it to use. The first step is learning to relax. Though easy for some, isn’t that easy for others. First things first, try that. People have many different ways in which to relax. A few examples are, walking, going for a drive, going for a bath or shower, deep breathing, etc. Do what helps you to relax, and feel better, then quiet your mind. There are many ways people do this also, many meditate, and some nap. There are of course other ways to quiet your mind try this one. Put yourself in a quiet room where you expect no sound, close your eyes, and listen as though someone were in the room with you and you were waiting for them to speak. I call this process “listening to nothing for something”. Try these and other exercises and enjoy the site.
